The Story

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei warned the United States and Israel against fresh military strikes during a meeting with the country's top three military commanders.

Khamenei ordered the military to prepare an immediate, impactful, and geographically unrestricted response to any renewed threat to achieve maximum deterrence, stating that Iran would determine the timing and conditions for ending any future conflict. The warning followed threats from U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of a possible resumption of strikes after elections.
