On Wednesday, Bowie allegedly bought what she thought was an explosive device from two FBI informants, but it was inert. She was also given a non-functioning handgun. Tom Winter at NBC News reported Bowie is expected in court to face a single count of material support for ISIS. The US will mark 25 years since the September 11 terror attacks in weeks. Lawmakers expressed being shaken by the suspected terror plot.
