LIV Golf CEO Scott O'Neil found someone willing to financially back the promotion, but at a much lower level of commitment. It remains unclear whether major champions Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm will stay with LIV Golf beyond this season or seek a return to the PGA Tour. Brooks Koepka rejoined the PGA Tour in early 2026 using a limited-time Returning Member Program after leaving LIV Golf last December. PGA Tour golfer Sam Burns stated he wants LIV Golf stars Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau back on the PGA Tour.
