Hayden Panettiere moved a little slower for her age on the set of her final film, "Sleepwalker," according to co-star Lori Tan Chinn. Panettiere suffered from really severe health issues in the months leading up to her death, according to her hairdresser Erick Orellana. Orellana stated she struggled with her back and at one point had difficulty moving her legs. Panettiere's on-and-off boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were present at the South Carolina apartment where the actress died on Sunday. A Greenville police officer who responded to the residence observed paramedics performing CPR on an unresponsive Panettiere. She was declared dead at 2:31 p.m. An autopsy found no signs of trauma, and police reported no signs of foul play. The cause of death remains under investigation. Brian Hickerson showed the officer a bag of medication Panettiere was currently on. Panettiere and Brian Hickerson had a tumultuous relationship for years. He was sentenced to four years of probation and anger management and Alcoholics Anonymous sessions. His recent request to reduce his conviction to misdemeanors was denied Thursday. Panettiere wrote in her memoir, "This Is Me," released in May, that she wanted Brian to be in jail just long enough to scare him, but not long enough where'd he become a worse person. Tim Kring, creator of "Heroes," paid tribute to Panettiere, remembering her as singularly talented and levelheaded beyond her years. Panettiere would have turned 37 on Friday.
