Lady Gaga, Fiancé Michael Polansky Welcome First Child Together

Lady Gaga, 40, and her fiancé Michael Polansky, 42, have welcomed their first child together, according to multiple reports.

The pop superstar, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, and the entrepreneur have not yet released details about the baby, including its name, sex, or date of birth. Page Six shared exclusive photos of Gaga and Polansky walking with the newborn in Northern California, where Gaga was last publicly seen a month ago. Lady Gaga has previously spoken about her desire for motherhood.

In a March 2025 interview with the New York Times, she expressed excitement about becoming a mother, noting her apprehension but emphasizing her wish to give children space to discover who they are on their own. She also shared her enthusiasm in a March 2020 interview with InStyle, remarking on the ability to hold a human inside and grow it.

Gaga and Polansky first met in late 2019 and were romantically linked after being seen kissing on New Year's Eve that year in Las Vegas. Gaga made their relationship Instagram official in February 2020. She confirmed their engagement in July 2024, stating Polansky proposed in April 2024. The couple made their red carpet debut at the "Joker: Folie à Deux" premiere in September 2024.

Gaga wrapped her most recent world tour, the Mayhem Ball, in April, and her latest album "Mayhem" won "Best Pop Vocal Album" at the Grammys earlier this year.
