The Story
Kemi Badenoch has accused John Healey of plotting to tax Britons an extra £1,700 to plug a "£49billion black hole" in the public purse.
Last week, the Chancellor unveiled his first Budget, where he refused to set out defence spending plans or make cuts to the nation's ballooning benefits bill.
