“Looksmaxxing” influencer Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, faces charges of rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and procuring liquor for someone under 21 years old in Massachusetts.

The charges were filed in Orleans District Court on September 8, stemming from an alleged incident on May 23, 2025, on Cape Cod. Peters, 20, was arrested Thursday, March 26, in Florida. An arraignment is scheduled for October 14. The alleged incident involved a 17-year-old girl at Peters' family home in Chatham. According to a police report, the girl exchanged messages with Peters on Instagram before he offered to pay her to appear on one of his streams.

Peters allegedly arranged an Uber for her to his home. She arrived around 5 p.m. on May 23, 2025, and greeted Peters' mother and grandmother before Peters, then 19, allegedly led her upstairs to his bedroom where he was livestreaming on Twitch. The girl stated Peters was aware of her age but instructed her to lie about it on camera.

The two began drinking vodka, and she stated she felt “peer-pressured” to consume it. During the stream, they began kissing. She told police she fell asleep after drinking and woke to find him having sex with her. Police reviewed a clip where she said, “Wait I'm so drunk though,” and he replied, “It's OK.” Clavicular's representative, Mitchell Jackson, stated Peters “has not been physically served” and accused The Bulwark of “exaggerating.” Attorney Jeff Neiman said Peters is innocent. Peters has denied the allegations, calling a lawsuit “really petty of you.”
