In a Friday court filing in Florida federal court, attorneys for the BBC argued that the trio without question have relevant knowledge about the president's actions on January 6, 2021. The British broadcaster is attempting to build its defense to the ongoing defamation suit. BBC lawyers were physically blocked by police while attempting to serve subpoenas on Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner at their Miami residence, according to Politico.
