Senator Jon Ossoff Criticizes President Trump Over Aide Natalie Harp

Senator Jon Ossoff escalated his feud with Donald Trump, taunting the president over his aide Natalie Harp during a Sunday rally in Atlanta.

Ossoff, a Georgia Democrat, referred to Harp as a “security blanket” during an interview on MSNOW's "The Briefing with Jen Psaki" on Monday. He stated that aides are “not telling him what he needs to hear, they’re telling him what he wants to hear.” Ossoff criticized Trump for “playing golf, is trading stock and is decorating his ballroom” while the nation is at war.

He highlighted ongoing complaints about conditions aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, which is on extended deployment supporting U.S. operations in the war with Iran. Families of sailors have claimed morale is low, with some crew jumping overboard. The Trump administration and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth have sought to downplay these complaints. Ossoff also criticized Trump over the Iran war, saying he lied “the nation into a war.”

Natalie Harp, 35, is described as a “human printer” and “gatekeeper” who prints articles and social media posts for Trump. Trump responded by repeating his comparison of Ossoff to “Pee-wee Herman.” White House communications director Steven Cheung called Ossoff “Jon J***off” and “the biggest cuck loser in politics” on social media. Another White House spokesperson, Davis Ingle, called Ossoff a “cringeworthy, feminine theatre kid cosplaying as Barack Obama.”

Ossoff's remarks drew fury from Trump’s allies, with some calling it a “sexist joke.” Ossoff insisted he has “zero interest in running for president in 2028.” He also stated that the U.S. is in “banana republic territory” regarding the national bank regulator’s preliminary approval for the Trump family’s crypto venture, World Liberty Financial, to secure a bank charter.
